alright #1, i’m not that “little”, but thank you for that!
and #2, no i do not work out. i just dance in my room and hoop and those both double as a workout. in fact, when i used to belong to a gym last year and worked out consecutively every day, i actually saw no change in my weight or how i looked for that matter. working out on a schedule like that just made me gain more weight or remain the same weight because i had the mindset of, “oh i just worked out so i can eat that,” etc. i generally just have a healthier diet now and i’m lucky that hooping and dancing function as workouts as well as hobbies!
